As smallholders, we know the benefits of keeping an animal that is truly dual-purpose — one that will provide a good calf for beef, with sufficient milk left over for you or perhaps to fatten a couple of pigs instead.  

We also appreciate the importance of well-handled stock that are easy to manage, especially if you have not owned cattle before. 

Our philosophy is to provide the very best for our cattle right from the start, in terms of good nutrition, management and health care and this is reflected in the quality of the stock that we offer for sale. The price we ask for our stock is proportionate to the cost of production - no more, no less.

We are very discerning when selecting stock to breed from and strive to produce only the best.  All animals that are sold for breeding purposes are fully registered and exclusively of the red variety.  We supply both the short and the non-short Dexter with the exception of breeding bulls which are of the non-short type only.
